  • Operational Collaboration: Partner with the operations team to facilitate the successful submission, processing, and closing of loans as needed.
  • Client Training & Support: Provide brokers with training and conduct informational meetings.
  • Rate Lock Monitoring: Stay vigilant on expiring rate locks and ensure timely communication with brokers.

  • Strong Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive volume and hit sales targets consistently.
  • Service-First Mentality: Deep commitment to delivering white-glove service and solving problems with urgency and care.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: Driven, highly organized, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, confident, and persuasive-across phone, email, and presentations.
  • Operational Savvy: Solid grasp of loan origination, underwriting workflows, and industry standards.
  • Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using Salesforce, LOS platforms, and MS Office tools.

Benefits:

  • 100% remote
  • Highly subsidized medical insurance
  • Low-cost dental and vision insurance
  • Voluntary Life, LTD, STD, and Critical Illness Insurance
