TheAssistant Chief Clinical Officer-Quality Director (ACCO-QD) is a member of theadministrative team of our facility and as such participates indecision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of thehospital. She/he has the responsibility for the management of all nursingpractices. The ACCO-QD must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches todelivering nursing care and strategies for examining and applying relevant conceptsand current leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts andthe ability to participate in developing and implementing strategies to addressopportunities for improving nursing care.

Job Requirements
  • CurrentTexas Registered Nurse Licensure.
  • Demonstratedleadership and management ability with a minimum of three to five yearsโ€™experience in nursing administration.
  • Experiencein hospital clinical operations.
  • ICU/criticalcare/ER experience required.
  • Clinicalmentor/preceptor/trainer experience preferred.
