The Position: As a Quality Control Technician, you'll be the quality eyes on our construction projects-testing materials like concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards. You'll work outdoors at various project sites throughout Upper Michigan, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly

Basic math skills (we'll teach you what you need!)

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
