The Quality Control Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, safety, and reliability before reaching customers. The Quality Control Tech collaborates closely with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in quality control, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
  • Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or production environment.
