Purpose and Scope
#J-18808-LjbffrThis position works with the Quality Control Manager for pre- and post-closing quality control, investor post purchase requests, mortgage insurance company and investor audit responses.
Functions: General- Review and clear pre- and post-closing quality control exceptions for Total Mortgage;
- Update and monitor tracking and trending reports from loan file reviews;
- Review and clear post-purchase audit requests from investors, mortgage insurance companies and agencies;
- Assist with target testing and monitoring based on quality control findings;
- Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
- Conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations;
- Set personal goals for growth within Total Mortgage structure;
- Take a proactive approach to learning;
- Meet goals set by Total Mortgage.

This position may require frequent additional hours, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet customer service and investor requirements
