Job SummaryThe primary goal of Internal Audits are to ensure organizational policies and producers are being abided by and enforced by personnel assigned to the task.Job Description

Essential Functions

1. Performs quality control inspections on a daily basis using EnvVisual software
2. Manages team of quality control associates
3. Directs team in daily tasks, focuses and deliverables

4. Creates reports and distributes to the Operations department

5. Follows up on and re-inspects unacceptable inspection results

6. Demonstrate high energy, mobility, initiative, and drive to enhance operations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction

7. Routine travel required

8. Communicate with on site management and client to insure routine evaluations are conducted properly with the least amount of friction (scheduling)

9. Create quarterly analysis and summary to insure continuity of improvements or issues

10. Participate in weekly management meetings with results of audits

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

2. Ability to work well with others and motivates people.

3. Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills.

4. Ability to work well with others and motivate people.
