RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a QA Tester to join their Oncor Testing Team for the SharePoint & Portal Project. The role involves developing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring quality software delivery through various testing methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop design test cases for web and desktop applications.
• Review business, functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
• Identify testing requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage.
• Responsible for developing and executing Test Plans to ensure delivery of quality software that meets company specifications.
• Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential issues immediately to management.
Qualifications:
Required:
• ALM, JIRA
• API and Micro services
• Selenium or UFT
• qTest
• accessibility testing
• backend testing, understands data mapping, ETL and write complex SQL/Procs
• 8+ years of relevant testing experience conducting testing of critical customer facing applications
• College degree or equivalent
• Experience with qTest and JIRA is an added advantage
• Must be flexible and willing to work late hours and weekends as required
