Quality Assurance Specialist - Covington, GA (Contractor)
About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving service excellence across QTC-NA operations. This is not a warehouse role-bring your QA expertise from professional, process-driven environments and help us ensure the highest standards in every interaction. Enjoy a collaborative office setting with a hybrid Friday schedule, a predictable weekday shift, and the chance to directly impact customer satisfaction and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate high-volume customer interactions for compliance with established quality standards (60%)
- Collaborate with training and management teams to address performance gaps and enhance overall service quality (15%)
- Prepare, track, and present detailed quality reports using Excel and MS Forms (10%)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions (10%)
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and maintain accurate documentation (5%)
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or call/chat monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook)
- Experience with scorecard-based performance evaluation and delivering constructive feedback
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accountability
- Strong communication, coaching, time management, and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SAP, JDE, i5; exposure to HighRadius is a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and best practices
