We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and user-centered software across web, mobile, and API platforms. This role blends advanced testing expertise with disciplined execution in a hybrid consulting and product environment.


You will partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define testing strategies, identify risks early, and ensure product increments meet functional, usability, and user acceptance expectations. This role requires strong independent judgment, an end-user mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, iterative development cycles.


This position operates across both evolving product initiatives and client-facing consulting engagements. Success in this role requires applying structured testing discipline and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and insight.

Requirements

Test Strategy, Usability, and User Acceptance

  • Design, develop, and execute advanced test plans and test cases across web, mobile, and API platforms
  • Demonstrates strong user-centered judgment by independently identifying edge cases, usability risks, and real-world scenarios beyond defined acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance coverage.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of usability principles to evaluate user flows, clarity, accessibility, and overall experience
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing efforts, ensuring delivered solutions meet real-world user expectations and business requirements
  • Collaborate early in the development lifecycle to identify quality risks and usability gaps
  • Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, business impact, and user exposure.

Defect Management and Quality Ownership

  • Report, track, and assist in resolving defects using test and bug tracking tools
  • Perform detailed defect analysis, including root cause investigation
  • Ensure acceptance criteria are met and that delivered features align with intended outcomes
  • Maintain clear, structured documentation of test results and findings

Agile and Iterative Delivery

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Align testing efforts with rapid, iterative product cycles
  • Support release readiness and post-launch validation

AI-Enabled Testing and Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage AI tools to generate test scenarios, identify edge cases, and expand regression coverage
  • Use AI-assisted analysis to detect defect patterns and highlight high-risk areas
  • Accelerate exploratory testing, usability validation, and documentation workflows through AI-enabled tools
  • Continuously refine QA processes to improve efficiency, coverage, and repeatability

Experience That Will Help You Succeed

  • 5-8 years of software quality assurance or advanced QA experience
