  • Strong understanding of electrical utility construction practices, project specifications, testing, and applicable industry standards.
  • Experience developing and implementing QA/QC plans and inspection procedures.
  • Experience with quality audits, documentation, non-conformance management, and corrective actions.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation systems.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work on remote project sites.
  • OSHA and/or other relevant safety and quality certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.

At Probst Electric Inc., a proud subsidiary of Quanta Services (NYSE: PWR), you'll join a team that takes pride in delivering highvoltage transmission construction, designbuild solutions, and maintenance services for public and private utilities.
