About the Role
As a QA Program Delivery Lead, you will make an impact by leading complex quality engineering and transformational testing programs that support strategic business objectives. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with business executives, client stakeholders, delivery teams, technology partners, and cross-functional leadership teams.
In This Role, You Will:
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale quality engineering and testing programs.
• Drive successful implementation of Test Automation, GenAI, and Data Strategy initiatives aligned with client business objectives.
• Manage complex enterprise-wide programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management objectives are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide program governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
• 18+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Software Testing with strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• 10+ years of Program and Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex end-to-end implementations and multi-workstream delivery programs.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience aligning business strategy with quality engineering initiatives, including Test Automation, GenAI, and Data Strategy programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in program governance, budget management, risk mitigation, dependency management, and delivery oversight.
• Experience leading organizational change management and driving adoption of new processes, strategies, and technology solutions.
