Testers must communicate closely with developers and product owners to clarify features and ensure comprehensive test coverage within short sprints. Balancing thorough manual testing with tight deadlines can be demanding, but strong collaboration and proactive involvement in sprint planning help ensure quality deliverables. Additionally, testers may need to quickly learn new tools or adapt their documentation processes to fit agile workflows.

What does a QA manual tester do?

A QA manual tester is responsible for evaluating software applications by executing test cases manually to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues. They document defects, verify fixes, and ensure the product meets quality standards, often using test management tools and following testing protocols.
