Job Description:

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with 10+ years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be articulate, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing of applications, features, and enhancements.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and develop detailed test scenarios and test cases.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Provide clear and concise status updates on testing progress, risks, and defects.
  • Work independently to plan and manage assigned testing activities.
  • Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and release validation.
  • Ensure software meets quality, functionality, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software QA/manual testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA processes.
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios.
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
