WHAT YOU WILL DO

Quality Assurance

  •  Establish and enforce a rigorous QA framework for all automated and ad hoc player communications across email, SMS, push, in app, and web channels. 
  • Become the subject matter expert on all marketing materials, i.e. emails, pop-ups, and weblayers for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Lead the campaign development process from creative requests to campaign set-up across various teams and platforms.
  • Review all communication design, content and functionality for clarity, consistency and ease of use 
  • Coordinate and manage creative requests and builds across platforms
  • Ensure that marketing content meets customer demands and expectations
  • Implement testing strategies to optimize business performance 

Research Analyst

  • Lead market, player, and product research initiatives to support strategic planning and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze player behavior, game performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Produce highquality research reports and executiveready insights that influence product roadmaps and marketing strategies. 
  • Provide insights to help shape promotional strategies, player segmentation, and retention initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • This open is remote in Canada/US - preferably in Canada
  • Attention to detail and experience with quality control are vitally important
  • Responsible, well organized, independent, ability to learn quickly, multi-tasking, excellent interpersonal skills, team player 
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, QA, research, or related fields; experience in online gaming, lotteries, or regulated digital industries is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
  • Some travel required
