• Experience with Business Intelligence systems including Microstrategy and ETL such as Informatica.
• Experience with billing and print/digital media sales systems.
• Experience with Peoplesoft accounting system
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with Salesforce reports
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems is required.
• Experience with complete Software Development Life Cycle including requirements, design, and development and testing.
• 3 or more years' experience leading team of test engineers or software developers.
• 3 or more years of programming experience with knowledge of programming concepts and practices and have the ability to work closely with developers.
• 5-7 years of experience in the development and execution of test plans and test scripts for large-scale applications.
• 2 years of experience with writing SQL.
• Experience with Java, UNIX and Windows environments.
• Experience with test tools for automated testing and performance testing.
• Security testing.
• Experience with developing or testing ETL.
• Data migration.
• Web-based GUI level testing.
• Report validation including thin client reporting tools.
• User Acceptance Testing.
Plus:
• Experience with integration testing of 3rd party systems, and cloud based systems.
• Experience with Business Intelligence systems including Microstrategy and ETL such as Informatica.

• Knowledge of Avaya and/or Cisco platforms, call center features and operations.
• Ability to resolve technical telecommunications problems utilizing multiple vendors/contractors.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to function under pressure and maintain composure in chaotic situation to resolve service related issues.
• Understand Call Center features; such as, Automatic Call Distributions (ACD), Call Vectors, and Vector Directory numbers (VDN).
• Ability to develop work and call flows

• Work with multiple network platforms, such as; WAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Video
• Disseminate information effectively to all teams and customers
