  • Employment Type: Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a senior-level quality and business analysis resource to ensure systems, data, integrations, reporting solutions, and business processes meet business requirements, policy standards, and operational expectations. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders, SMEs, developers, vendors, and testing teams to drive successful solution delivery and release readiness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for Change Requests and M&O initiatives.
  • Analyze, document, refine, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, scenarios, and approaches.
  • Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Lead the full defect lifecycle including identification, logging, triage, prioritization, retesting, and status reporting.
  • Lead test automation initiatives by developing strategies, identifying opportunities, and implementing automated regression solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and/or Business Analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in test automation and transitioning manual testing to automated solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, or Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft reporting and analytics tools including Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with data systems, automated business processes, data warehousing, or ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of eligibility systems and requirements (such as the Georgia Gateway Integrated Eligibility System).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with .NET applications, Angular front-ends, and relational databases.
