Job description

Description
Under direction of the Quality Assurance Manager and the Quality Assurance Engineer, this position will work alongside the Jr. QA Engineer and department managers to identify, analyze, and implement resolution for quality issues. This position will work on a variety of activities in the Quality Management programs including inspection and documentation. Working with the QA Engineer, the QA Analyst will help provide direction for the day-to-day activities of the QA Inspectors.
Requirements
  • The ability to read, speak and understand the English language
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or MS Excel.
  • The QA Analyst is self-motivated, has good organizational skills, can prioritize among multiple tasks and can work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to interpret Regulatory documents and to write and provide guidance related to internal documents such as work instructions, procedures, and forms.
  • Attentive to detail
  • Ability to write reports and to speak effectively both one-on-one and in small groups of
  • Ability to effectively use a variety of computer programs including MS
  • Possess math skills, such as statistical calculation and the ability to calculate figures such as percentages and the ability to create and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram
  • Ability to deal with routine problems in variable situations, and make discretionary decisions relative to the
  • Have the ability to prioritize and assign tasks to QA Inspectors
  • Follow procedures, specifications and guidelines for the position
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet with 2nd or 3rd shift employees to assist in training as
  • Ability to analyze information to make critical decisions
