About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Analysis Technician II who is eager to learn and develop in the optical field onsite in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, open to feedback, and looking to grow their career.  If you are open to light physical labor (frames and lenses for eye glasses) and working with a fantastic team to help people everywhere buy more affordable glasses, we'd love to hear from you!

Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (must be available for overtime as needed, including weekends) 
Compensation: Starting at $18/hour (based on applicable experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize automation for quality analysis
  • Point out cosmetic defects
  • Maintain good housekeeping, 6S
  • Ensure daily / weekly / monthly goals are met
  • Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
  • Report to management on activities and issues
Basic Qualifications: 
  • 3 + years of QA experience
  • Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift
  • Fine attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • You are proactive and have a strong ability to identify & problem solve
  • Follow instructions and production schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous quality analysis experience
  • Previous experience with utilizing pass / no pass standards
  • Previous warehousing experience is a bonus!
