Analyze business rule documents against vendor supplied data sets to determine accurate and consistent rules/logic.
Identify problems as it relates to quality, quantity, and completeness of data. Resolve problems and/or coordinate solutions. Interact with customers to improve and resolve data issues. Provide appropriate follow up and notification to managers related to issues.
Create and maintain documentation of processes.
Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project.
Specific Knowledge needed
Needs intermediate understanding of Windows and Networks
Needs to be able to determine if an issue is related to the PC, the network or the programs
Able to modify/write (simple) a SQL query and run
Able to read and modify xml
Strong Analytical Skills
Download and upload in to the correct folder
Understand the existing status of order of the folders and reorganize to standard
Able to modify flat file .txt files
Needs to modify and keep in same format
Able to read and understand complex process flows
Needs to determine where the actual issue is and how to go to for different issues
Needs intermediate MS Office program knowledge, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
Ability to clearly and concisely state issues that are uncovered
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

HS diploma; college preferred
