What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Pyxis Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Pyxis Manager, you need a solid background in pharmacy operations, medication management, and inventory control, typically supported by a pharmacy technician certification or pharmacy degree. Familiarity with Pyxis automated dispensing systems, hospital information systems, and pharmacy software is essential.
