What we are hiring:

Our program supporting SOCOM needs onsite engineers to work on python and data engineering to support mission users. We are looking for engineers that want to work close to Special Operations mission teams and have a direct impact on mission success. Engineering work will take place at customer sites up to 5 days per week.

Required Technical Skills (MUST HAVES):

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance (no poly required)
  • 0-5 years of professional development experience
  • Strong experience with Python
  • Experience with at least ONE relational database, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or sqlite3
  • Experience working with agile software development teams
  • Experience working in classified government environments
  • Experience developing on MacOS, Windows, and Linux
  • Familiarity with database query languages including SQL
  • Familiarity with Linux systems including RedHat-based distributions

Preferred Technical Skills (NICE TO HAVES):

  • Experience with data extract, transform, load (ETL) techniques
  • Experience with data tools such as NiFi, AirFlow
  • Experience with NoSQL storage like Elasticsearch, Accumulo, or MongoDB
  • Experience with containers, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with AWS Console including but not limited to lite management of EC2 instances
  • Background communicating to senior stakeholders in a classified environment
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
