The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining automated data collection tools, extracting structured data from a variety of websites, and supporting our property management operations. Responsibilities of the Remote Software Developer/Web Scraper at Amazing Properties Design, build, and maintain robust web scraping scripts and tools.

Extract, clean, and store data from real estate, rental, and legal platforms. Monitor and troubleshoot scraping jobs to ensure consistent data delivery. Ensure scraping methods comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

Scrape and extract data from real estate and property listing platforms such as Crexi, Zillow, LoopNet, and similar. Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and implement solutions accordingly.
