Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Generative AI Engineer - Remote position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Green Bay, WI. This is a contract opportunity.
Pay Range: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience

This role is for an expert-level engineer focused on building production-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development, various AI frameworks like LangChain, and deploying scalable solutions on the AWS cloud platform within an event-driven architecture.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or AI engineering experience
  • Expert-level Python development experience
  • Experience building production-grade Generative AI solutions
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangSmith, RAG architectures, Vector databases, Prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration
  • Strong AWS experience including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, Fargate, and Bedrock
  • Experience developing APIs using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks
  • Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills:
  • Experience building multi-agent AI systems
  • Experience with Anthropic Claude, Llama, OpenAI, or Gemini models
  • Experience with graph databases such as Neptune or Neo4j
  • AI security, red-teaming, and LLM vulnerability assessment experience
