Job Summary:

Role Overview

Join a small, high-ownership team building intelligence products for field professionals. Work across the full stack, from wireframe to field deployment, alongside product leads, data scientists, and designers. Gain experience in front-end surfaces, backend services, and data integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • UI Development: Build front-end interfaces using React while maintaining a full-stack foundation, including hardening and orchestrating agentic output.
  • Functional Prototyping: Build working prototypes to allow team and end-user interaction before full-fidelity development.
  • Component Library: Contribute reusable components to a shared library, ensuring documentation and proper testing.
  • Design Collaboration: Partner with designers to interpret wireframes, provide technical feedback, and participate in design reviews and product decisions.
  • Backend & Data Integration: Build and maintain backend services and APIs (Python-based) that connect data pipelines and models to the front end.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiables)

  • Bachelor s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in React with clear professional experience.
  • Strong fundamentals in TypeScript or JavaScript with a focus on type safety.
  • Proficiency in Python for backend services, REST APIs, and data scripts.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
  • Ability to translate wireframes into accurate, interactive front-end code.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and technical explanation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Figma (navigating designs and layouts). Experience with Streamlet, Storybook, or component documentation.
  • Experience with backend frameworks like Fast API or Flask.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure). Knowledge of databases beyond SQL and experience with design systems.
