This is a Lead Software Engineering position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll bring in the role:

  • Python:Overall6+ years of development experiencewith 5+ yearsof hands-on experiencein Python. Proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.

  • GenAICoding Assistant:Experience with coding assistantslike copilot, using Agent mode, Skills, etc.

  • GenAI application development: Usage of LLM models for application, Agentic implementation, usage of tools to integrate data into LLM context, MCP tools and infrastructure, A2A design and development, data solutions for RAG and vector storage, prompt and context authoring, and more.

  • Databases:Proficiency inRDBMS and NoSQLdatabases, preferablyPostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related technologies.

  • SDLC :Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools.

  • Analytical Skills:Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems.

  • Teamwork & Communication:Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Testing:Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components, preferably using coding assistant.
