Must Have Skills
Strong backend development experience in Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
Experience building APIs, workflow services, integrations, and automation scripts.
Hands-on experience with Slack apps, Slack bots, Slack APIs, or enterprise collaboration platform integrations.
Experience integrating with ticketing and workflow tools such as Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar systems.
Understanding of identity and access management concepts such as Okta, SCIM, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, service accounts, and secrets management.
Experience working with SaaS APIs, webhooks, event-driven workflows, and scheduled automation jobs.
Good understanding of GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar tools.
Ability to build secure, auditable, and reliable operational tooling for enterprise users.
Familiarity with logging, monitoring, error handling, retries, and operational dashboards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain Slack-based AI support workflows for user questions, issue intake, automated responses, knowledge article lookup, and escalation to human support.
Integrate Slack with backend systems such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, knowledge bases, identity platforms, and AI service APIs.
Develop automation for ChatGPT and Claude license tracking, inactive user detection, license reclaim workflows, provisioning and deprovisioning coordination, and BU-level spend reporting.
Build service catalog workflows for AI tool access requests, approvals, onboarding, SLA classification, persona-based routing, and fulfillment tracking.
Create integrations with Okta or SCIM or enterprise identity systems for user provisioning, access management, and entitlement validation.
Support release validation tooling for ChatGPT and Claude by building feature tracking, release checklists, enablement logs, rollout status dashboards, and validation workflows.
Implement policy and access governance controls for OpenAI API orgs, Claude Enterprise workspaces, service accounts, secrets, RBAC and ABAC rules, and usage restrictions.
Develop backend services and APIs to support AI Ops reporting, ticket analytics, usage metrics, license data, support trends, and operational dashboards.
Integrate Serval or the AI support layer with Slack so users can resolve IT and AI-related queries through knowledge articles, built-in workflows, or escalation.
Implement logging, auditability, observability, and error handling for all AI Ops workflows and integrations.
