Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

📍 Location: Wilmington, DE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java Backend Development, React.js, and basic Python knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, building robust APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java and React.js
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding best practices
  • Work with databases, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other developers
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Utilize basic Python scripting/development for automation, integrations, or supporting backend tasks
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities
Required Skills:

✅ Strong experience in Java
✅ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Microservices
✅ Good experience in React.js and frontend development
✅ Experience with REST APIs and API integrations
✅ Basic working knowledge of Python
✅ Experience with SQL/NoSQL Databases
