Job Description:
A growing organization supporting federal programs is seeking an experienced Web Applications Administrator to manage and support web-based systems in a secure, high-performance environment. This role is responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of web applications while collaborating across technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and operations.
This position blends application administration with infrastructure support, requiring someone comfortable working across both development and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain web servers and web-based applications
  • Manage website updates, DNS configurations, and overall web environment operations
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards
  • Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
  • Provide technical support to end users and internal teams
  • Coordinate with developers and system administrators to support deployments and updates
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development and infrastructure management
