The project  manager should <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>have well\-develop capacity for identifying issues, tracking them to completion and create solution.   • Conducts business analysis, market research, time estimation for each stage and road mapping to make the process more efficient <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Serves as a mediator between the client and the development team <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Identify the hardest part of a project and execute solid plans to facilitate the problem\-solving process <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Handle IT issues when it arises <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
