What You WillDo:

  • Support full-time investment analysts and associates across all aspects of new deal underwriting, including preparing investment models, investment committee memorandums, market research, management presentations, and real estate sale and lease comparables for selected markets.

  • Assistwith market research and analysis of industrial real estate trends across key markets.

  • Support property underwriting, financial modeling, and investment memoranda.

  • Analyze tenant, lease, and operating performance data.

  • Help evaluate acquisition and disposition opportunities.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and investment committee materials.

  • Collaborate with Investments, Leasing, Research & Analytics, Asset Management, and other teams on strategic projects.

  • Present project findings and recommendations to management at the conclusion of the internship.

  • Gain exposure to the due diligence and closing processes, including reviewing purchase agreements and leases, tenant credit evaluations,financial due diligence, property tours,tenant interviews, tenant industry research, andsite diligencerelated tostructural, environmental, zoning,and other propertyconditions.

Qualifications:

  • Current junior rising into senior year at an accredited four-year institution and actively enrolled for the duration of the internship.

  • Pursuing abachelor's in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in commercial real estate investment and asset management; prior experience is preferred but notrequired.

  • Basic understanding of real estate investment and financing processes, including market analysis, financial analysis, property valuation, and capital markets.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including comfort interacting with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Knowledge of Argus is preferred but notrequired.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPArequired.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and develop an understanding of the real estate investment process.

$45/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
