Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SQL Database Administrator with experience in migrating on-premises databases to AWS. The ideal candidate will support data platform modernization through database migration, data processing using Python, and building AWS data pipelines. This role involves ensuring production stability and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support migration of on-prem databases to AWS
  • Develop Python scripts for data generation and bulk loads
  • Build and maintain AWS-based data pipelines
  • Design and support data models
  • Assist application teams using Amazon RDS and DynamoDB

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in database migration from on-prem SQL Server to AWS
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Database Services (RDS, DynamoDB)
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing and ETL
  • Experience in building AWS data pipelines (S3, Glue, Lambda)
