Compensation: 5,500 – 6,500 EUR gross/month (depending on experience)

Role Summary


AccuSourceHR™ is seeking a dynamic Senior Python Software Engineer to join our Innovation team. You’ll build modern, customer-focused applications using Python, React and emerging AI technologies to drive real product advancement. This hybrid role requires commuting to our Vilnius office twice a week and participating in a rotating on-call schedule, with each engineer covering one full week. Key Responsibilities


• Develop web application using Python and React with MySQL Databases.

• Engineer solutions in AWS cloud environments.

• Visualize and implement AI-powered features.

• Ensure software is scalable, secure, and maintainable.

• Leverage automation and write clean, testable code.

• Organize documentation and foster cross-team collaboration.

• Provide mentorship and support team growth.

• Work a weekly on call rotation with other members of the development team.


Requirements:

Required Education/Experience:


• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of experience in web application development.

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development (JavaScript, Vue.js, or similar frameworks).

• Strong experience in backend programming using Python or PHP, including database and REST API development.

Preferred/Bonus Experience:

• Experience with AI-driven development, including tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or JetBrains AI Assistant.

• Experience integrating LLMs into applications.

• Familiarity with cloud-based services such as AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda) or equivalent platforms.

• Experience with asynchronous frameworks (Aiohttp, FastAPI, or similar).


Tech Stack


• Languages & Frameworks: Python, JavaScript, React, Vue.js

• Backend & Database: REST APIs, MySQL or other relational databases.

• AI & Cloud (Preferred): Caude, Claude Code, Copilot, JetBrains AI Assistant, AWS.

Physical Requirements


• Ability to commute to our Vilnius office 2 times / week.

• Ability to participate in a shared weekly on call rotation as part of the team’s operational support responsibilities.

• Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings.
