What You will Do:

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Hardware-Software Integration Testing at Sub-System Level. 
  • Determining Test Requirements, Creating New Test Cases, and Schedules for software development. 
  • Create meetings to review the data from the testing. 
  • Creativity and drive to improve current processes. 
  • Being able to work along with a team and communicate projects activities. 
  • Onsight working. 

Required Skills (Technical Competencies):

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science; or 5 years’ experience in the field. 
  • Hardware and Software Integration Testing
  • Hands-On/ SIM testing. 
  • Understanding Test Requirements. 
  • Write Test Cases for Multiple Sub-Systems
  • Microsoft Office

Desired Skills: 

  • Toll Gate Process Knowledge
  • Understanding of DOORs/ClearQuest
  • Knowledge of RS 422/232 Serial Comm. 
  • Strong Analytic and HW Troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to Interact with multiple stakeholders at all the levels. 

Physical Requirements and work environment: 

  • Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor Involvement. 
  • Must be able to climb stairs to safely board heavy equipment vehicle and in the test cells. 
  • Abilities and willingness to work “hands-on” in test labs and on heavy equipment vehicles.
  • Need to be able to carry at least 25 pounds. 
  • Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work. 
  • Heavily regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures. 
  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early. 
  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch/ 40 hour work week/ core (required) hours 8am to 4pm. But must have ability to work 2nd shift, weekends and or swing shifts if required.
  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations. 

Pay Range: $60,000-$67,000 per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan
