- Must have experience with liquid handling systems
- Must have Lab Robotics experience

- Must have prior experience with Protein Samples and Analytical Sampling
- PowerBI or Tableau is a huge plus

Description:
Join a team developing state-of-the-art automation systems to support cell culture facilities, as well as biophysical and mass spectrometry instrumentation. This role will contribute to the next phase of automation development while supporting day-to-day operations. It combines hands-on robotic operations, method development, validation, data integration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Operate and validate robotic runs; monitor performance, document deviations, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary scientists to translate manual workflows into automated processes.
• Create, optimize, maintain, and continuously improve high-throughput workflows using liquid-handling robots and integrated automation workcells.
• Expand the capabilities of existing automation by introducing new functionalities.
• Troubleshoot laboratory automation issues by coordinating with internal subject matter experts and external vendors, performing root cause analysis through detailed scientific and technical investigations.
• Share knowledge and document best practices within the automation team; support and train end-users to independently execute automated workflows.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of a B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with basic programming languages (Python, JavaScript, R, C++/C#) and/or laboratory automation schedulers (Green Button Go, Cellario).
• Basic experience with liquid handlers operating liquid handling systems preferred (e.g., Hamilton, Tecan, Beckman).
• Creative and independent problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills (both written and oral), and a dedication to close collaboration with scientists, vendors, and end-users across all seniority levels.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Advanced degree.
• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
