Senior Full Stack Developer – Python / React & AI-Assisted Development

BizTech Fusion is hiring for one of their clients for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, React, AWS, Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, and AI-Assisted Development.

Location: Reston, VA / Washington, D.C.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week onsite

Experience: 7+ years of software development experience

Job Type: Contract

Mandatory Requirements

All candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen – Dual Citizenship is acceptable.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an SEC Public Trust Clearance.
  • Experience supporting Federal Government programs or comparable enterprise environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.

Position Overview

BizTech Fusion is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience building modern, cloud-native applications using Python, React.js, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Microservices.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing complex cloud-native features and services, implementing automated testing and secure coding practices, participating in code reviews, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
