Overview

We are seeking a Backend Engineer with strong full-stack capabilities and hands-on React experience to help design, build, and scale modern digital platforms. This role primarily focuses on backend development while contributing to front-end features as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, working collaboratively, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and system integrations.

  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end features, contributing to React-based UI development when required.

  • Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

  • Design data models, optimize database queries, and work with both relational and non-relational databases.

  • Contribute to system architecture, participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement reliability improvements.

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in backend engineering with exposure to full-stack development.
