Overview
The Susquehanna Co-op Program gives you an opportunity to apply what you learn in class to real world business scenarios. As an AI Co-op program for a hands-on, high-impact learning experience at the intersection of technology and data. In this role, you will work on real projects that have measurable business impact while receiving mentorship from experienced technologists and business analysts who will support your growth.
Susquehanna co-ops will gain a deep understanding of how large language models operate in real-world, data-driven environments. You will develop AI product thinking skills, including how to select impactful use cases and evaluate business value. You will also learn how to assess model quality, reliability, and risk using appropriate evaluation methods.
What we're looking for
  • Students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, C# or similar)
  • Experience with NLP or working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and data modeling.
  • Curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in financial services industry is a plus.
