Piper Companies is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help drive AI-powered solutions for a cutting-edge technology organization. The Forward Deployed Engineer role is ideal for an engineer who excels at working directly with customers to architect, implement, and optimize AI applications, with a strong focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), data connectivity, and enterprise-scale integrations. Responsibilities of the Forward Deployed Engineer: · Partner directly with customers to understand business challenges and design AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value. · Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI applications. · Design and develop data connectivity solutions that integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data sources into AI platforms. · Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions. · Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready implementations tailored to customer requirements. · Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide recommendations for performance, scalability, and security improvements. · Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
