Job description

Candidate will work in the IT/Digital Supply Chain team in the Planning domain to architect, design, configure, test, and deploy end-to-end supply chain planning solutions, with a primary focus on Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, along with required integration with SAP and other enterprise applications.
We are open to candidates with either:
  • Strong Kinaxis functional/system analyst experience (preferred), or
  • Strong data engineering and integration experience supporting enterprise planning platforms

This role is ideal for individuals who can operate across planning applications and data platforms and is willing to expand into the adjacent skill set.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Planning & Kinaxis Responsibilities (Core Focus)
    • Architect, design, and implement end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain Planning solutions across:
      • Demand Planning
      • Supply Planning
      • Production Planning
      • SIOP / IBP
      • Inventory Optimization
    • Configure Kinaxis Maestro including:
      • Worksheets, workbooks, dashboards, alerts, scorecards, and metrics
      • Control sets and planning models
    • Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions to improve:
      • Process automation
      • Planning efficiency
      • Forecasting and collaboration
    • Lead end-to-end solution development including design, build, testing, and user training
    • Work closely with business users, IT partners, and leadership to translate business problems into scalable solutions
  • Data Engineering & Integration Responsibilities
    • (Primary for Data Engineer candidates; secondary for Kinaxis-focused candidates)
    • Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines integrating:
      • Kinaxis
      • SAP systems
      • Other enterprise applications
    • Develop and optimize SQL queries, data transformations, and data models
    • Build data processing solutions using Python (Pandas)
    • Support Kinaxis inbound and outbound data interfaces and data flows
    • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across planning datasets
      • Monitor pipelines and proactively resolve data quality or performance issues
    • Contribute to data architecture, integration design, and pipeline optimization
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with IT, business leaders, COEs, and external partners to deliver solutions
    • Lead discussions to define business problem statements and solution approaches
    • Support integration between planning systems and enterprise data platforms
    • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse experience
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Kinaxis solutions
  • Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP (inbound/outbound) Nice to Have:
  • Experience with data engineering, ETL pipelines, SQL, or Python
