Job Title: Lead Full Stack Engineer
Location:  Atlanta, GA or Sausalito, CA
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full features: UI → Backend → Deployment (end-to-end ownership)
  • Build intuitive UIs using React and TypeScript
  • Design and implement backend services (mainly in Python or similar OOP languages)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality software
  • Participate in architecture modernization and integrate third-party tools
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployment
  • Mentor junior engineers and help with hiring
 
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 10+ years in full stack/front-end heavy development roles
  • Strong with TypeScript, React, and modern JS frameworks
  • Solid experience with microservices architecture
  • Proficient in backend programming with Python, Java, or Scala
  • Experience with Kubernetes and AWS
  • Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
