Company: The Lioce Group - family-owned, 50 + years in business, customer-focused provider of business machines, software-forward document & process-optimization solutions, and supplies the Defense Industrial Base.

About the Role

We're looking for a high-agency, self-starting problem-solver who loves figuring things out and refuses to quit at "I don't know." You'll keep our users productive, our systems humming, and our documentation sharp-all while sharpening your own skills on the latest tech and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Server & Virtualization - Basic Hyper-V/cluster upkeep; power-up/restart procedures after outages.
  • Networking Basics - DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, VPN tunnels, OSI-layer troubleshooting, UNIFI UDM devices, wireless channels/security, UNC/SMB shares, logon scripts, file-level permissions.
  • Hardware & Imaging - Deploy and reimage PCs (Clonezilla, DDRescue, etc.); run memtests, disk diagnostics, ProcMon/ProcExp, etc.
  • ERP/CRM & SQL - First-line admin and report troubleshooting for our SQL-backed ERP/CRM systems.
  • Knowledge Base - Write and update clear internal KB articles as you solve problems.
  • Security & Compliance - Support NIST/ITAR/CMMC controls, door-access systems, centralized print servers/drivers, and general best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement - Stay on the cutting edge of AI; script, automate, or hack together tools that make everyone's job easier. If you've built software, a SaaS, a website, or a game, we want to see it.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server & domain administration.
  • Familiarity with hybrid M365 environments and GPOs.
  • Basic understanding of virtualization concepts (Hyper-V, clustering).
  • Comfort with networking fundamentals (OSI, DHCP/DNS, VPN, wireless).
  • Hands-on experience imaging and deploying hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting toolkit (memtest, disk tools, ProcMon/ProcExp, etc.).
  • Clear written communication for KB articles and ticket notes.
  • Certifications (CompTIA, MS, etc.) are a plus-but hunger to learn matters more than degrees.

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Points

  • Exposure to NIST 800-171, ITAR, or CMMC controls.
  • UNIFI UDM/network gear experience.
  • Familiarity with CMS or e-commerce platforms.
  • Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) or automation chops.
  • Experience with BitLocker in domain contexts, roaming profiles, user-profile disks.
  • Demonstrated personal projects: GitHub repos, websites, SaaS, game mods, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $42 k - $52 k
  • Full health-insurance options.
  • Cost-savings bonus program + some bonus.
  • Paid training & certification reimbursement.
  • All the challenge and growth that come with a fast-moving, tech-forward family business.
