Staff Engineer & Senior Backend Engineer Opportunities – Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite

Your Impact: You'll join an ambitious team focused on developing high-performance, distributed backend systems, directly contributing to products that streamline critical workflows and decision-making processes. Your efforts will ensure our systems remain reliable, secure, scalable, and adaptable, driving the success and satisfaction of end-users.

What You'll Do:

  • Build & Deliver: Write clean, robust code, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute meaningfully to technical design discussions.
  • System Architecture: Lead design and development efforts for scalable, high-performance backend solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously enhance and fine-tune system performance to meet growing user demands.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Share your knowledge with peers and junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: 7+ years of backend engineering experience developing high-performance, fault-tolerant services.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience building robust services utilizing relational and non-relational databases.
  • Design Proficiency: Skilled in architecting and operating distributed systems with an emphasis on scalability, observability, and reliability.
  • Versatile: Comfortable with various software stacks, cloud-native development, and adaptable to evolving technology environments.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Experience with multi-tenancy architectures.
  • Knowledge of security best practices.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Python, Kotlin, or Java.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL (required for Sr. Backend Engineer, preferred for Staff Engineer).
