Software Engineer 1 - (Python, JavaScript, Docker)

Description:
You will act as a general-purpose Software Engineer and Data Analyst for fast-paced mission focused team where you will design, develop, and integrate solutions enabling a high priority Operations customer.
You will work closely with Analysts, Operators, and other Software Engineers to integrate AI/ML technologies and develop rapid prototypes supporting the mission.
Elicit requirements from stakeholders and determine the applicability of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.
Develop automated analysis and triage across various collection techniques.
Integrate capabilities into existing platforms and SDKs.
Build scripts and user interfaces to convert and normalize data.
Automate tasking and collection by extending the existing platform with new tools or technologies.
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders and determine the applicability of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.

Position Required Skills:
  • Experience with platforms, machine learning, and AI tooling.
  • Production-grade software development experience in Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience deploying and managing production services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service containerization and deployment with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).

Position Desired Skills:
  • Experience developing with agentic AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
  • Experience with additional programming languages (Java, C).
  • Experience prototyping web applications with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue).
  • Analyzing cyber security-related data sets (Network Traffic, OS events).
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
  • Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.

Salary Range: **$163k-$199k (Annually)
**The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
