Job description


A growing software company focused on helping service-based businesses modernize their operations is hiring a Java Software Engineer to work on a core SaaS platform. The product helps organizations improve efficiency and scale by introducing intelligent, automation-driven workflows while preserving flexibility and autonomy.
You’ll join a small engineering team responsible for building and scaling a customer-facing application. The team is actively exploring and integrating AI-driven capabilities, and this role offers the opportunity to work with modern backend, frontend, cloud, and emerging AI technologies. While experience with AI systems is a strong plus, the team is open to engineers with a solid Java background who are eager to gain deeper hands-on experience in this space.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with Java and Spring Boot
Experience building applications with React or modern frontend frameworks
Experience working with AWS or cloud-based infrastructure
Exposure to Python or similar backend languages
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
