Equally important is a forward-looking mindset around artificial intelligence and emerging technology and brings a solid foundation in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD practices, and full-stack development, paired with the strategic thinking

Responsibilities of the Lead Software Engineer:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers through coaching, code reviews, and technical guidance.
  • Remain hands-on with full-stack development using modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
