Representative Responsibilities:
• Investigates and analyzes existing business processes and manufacturing workflows to identify opportunities for automation
• Designs, develops, and implements automated workflows, software programs, and systems to streamline operations.
• Writes and executes automated tests, troubleshoots issues, and identifies bugs within software and systems
• Assists in documenting automation processes, including workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Supports testing and validation efforts for new automation solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Works with end-users, clients, and other departments to understand requirements and configure necessary hardware and software.
• May work with databases, analyze data, and implement tools for automated data workflows.
• Participating in events and capturing meeting actions
• Updating objectives and key results for projects
• Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
• Enrolled, or completed bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Generally entering Junior or Senior year, or have taken relevant courses in field of study
• GPA: 3.0 or higher for those who are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree
• Technical proficiency
• Skills in programming languages (Python, Bower BI, etc), database management, and automation frameworks
• Analyzes data and processes using standard, straightforward methods
• Demonstrates ability to solve problems
• Demonstrates basic written/verbal skills
• Has good grasp of grammar and sentence structure for technical writing
