Job Description We are seeking a Level 3 Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the Regulatory Messaging project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, .NET/.NET Core, operating systems, networking, and security and a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver reliable infrastructure and application support. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems with minimal disruption to business operations. Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications using industry best practices. Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop preventative solutions. Provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers and support knowledge sharing. Partner with project managers and stakeholders to deliver upgrades and new deployments. Document solutions, procedures, and technical standards. Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and security threats. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role. Advanced understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols. Hands-on experience with .NET/.NET Core and Python, including troubleshooting and maintenance of applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Skills: Relevant certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or CompTIA Security+.
