Job Profile Summary:

Primary responsibility is to contribute to Corporate Asset Evaluation Team ("AET") with a focus on Acquisitions & Divestitures and other project-based evaluations. The role focuses on GIS, spatial analysis, data integration, and workflow automation to support asset evaluations and business decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and integrate sub-surface data into spatial workflows for asset evaluations.

Interface with geologic, well attribute, economic, and ownership data.

Perform geospatial analysis including spatial joins, dissolves, table joins/relates, georeferencing, proximity analysis, and spatial calculations.

Develop and maintain GIS models, scripts, and automated workflows.

Maintain geospatial data quality and integrity within an enterprise environment.

Digitize and maintain oil & gas leases, competitor acreage, DSUs, development units, and other relevant spatial features.

Calculate PDP well spacing and support development inventory generation.

Integrate well, inventory, Enverus, vendor, and internal datasets into GIS workflows.

Integrate economic information with sub-surface attributes into visual products for executive and board-of-director-level presentations.

Create maps, analytical products, and presentation-ready displays supporting AET technical screenings and evaluations.

Support rapid-turnaround data-room evaluations and other A&D activities.

Identify opportunities to improve and automate AET data and GIS workflows.

Skills and Experience:

+5 years' experience of GIS or related fields.

Familiar with A&D processes.

Strong proficiency with ArcGIS Pro and Esri enterprise GIS environments.

Familiarity with FME Workbench.

Experience with geoprocessing, spatial analysis, and workflow automation using ArcGIS, FME, Python, or similar tools.

Experience with SQL, relational databases, and integration of large spatial datasets.

Experience publishing map services, feature layers, configuring web apps, and using ArcGIS Experience Builder.

Experience with raster data, aerial imagery, and LiDAR is a plus.

Experience with Kingdom, Spotfire, FME, Petrel, Enverus, or similar upstream technical platforms is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to deliver high-quality work on short timelines in a fast-paced A&D environment.

Oil & gas E&P experience or industry knowledge strongly preferred.

Education:

Bachelors degree in related field is preferred.
