Vous rejoindrez le departement IT DevSecOps & IA a titre de Developpeur(se) IA Python. Vous serez responsable du developpement, de l'integration et de l'optimisation de modeles d'intelligence artificielle pour divers cas d'usage d'affaires.

Vous travaillerez en mode agile, en etroite collaboration avec des scientifiques de donnees (Data Scientists), des architectes de solutions, ainsi qu'avec les equipes d'affaires et TI des differentes divisions de l'entreprise. Vous jouerez un role cle dans l'industrialisation et le deploiement en production des solutions d'IA.

En tant qu'expert(e) en programmation assistee par l'IA, vous maitrisez pleinement les outils d'IA generative (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) afin d'accelerer le developpement tout en maintenant des standards de qualite eleves. Vous etes en mesure de decomposer des problematiques complexes en instructions claires pour les outils d'IA, puis de valider et d'optimiser le code genere.

Responsabilites

  • Participer a des ateliers de travail avec les equipes TI, les equipes d'affaires et les scientifiques de donnees;

  • Developper et optimiser des modeles d'IA et de machine learning pour repondre a des besoins d'affaires;

  • Integrer et deployer les modeles en production (API, microservices);

  • Utiliser de facon experte les pratiques de vibe coding afin d'accelerer le developpement sans compromettre la qualite;

  • Mettre en place des pipelines MLOps (entrainement, gestion des versions, surveillance);

  • Realiser des tests automatises et assurer la validation des modeles (performance, robustesse, biais);

  • Produire une documentation technique detaillee (code, modeles, API, prompts reutilisables);

  • Optimiser les performances des solutions (latence, couts, evolutivite);

  • Assurer une veille technologique et formuler des recommandations sur les nouvelles techniques en intelligence artificielle;

  • Partager les meilleures pratiques deprogrammation assistee par l'IA aupres de l'equipe.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum de 5 ans d'experience en developpement Python avec un fort accent sur l'intelligence artificielle et le machine learning;

    • Experience demontree en programmation assistees par l'IA avec une utilisation efficace d'outils d'IA tels que GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude ou ChatGPT;

    • Expertise des frameworks de machine learning et d'apprentissage profond : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain;

    • Solide experience avec les modeles de langage de grande taille (LLM) : fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) et agents IA;

    • Maitrise des plateformes infonuagiques : AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud Vertex AI;

    • Connaissance des technologies MLOps et des pipelines CI/CD appliques aux modeles d'IA;

    • Competences en ingenierie de donnees (pretraitement, feature engineering, pipelines de donnees);

    • Maitrise des bases de donnees SQL, NoSQL et Vector Databases;

    • Experience du developpement d'API avec FastAPI, Flask et architectures REST;

    • Bonne connaissance de la conteneurisation avec Docker et Kubernetes;

    • Excellentes competences en tests automatises et en assurance qualite du code (pytest, unittest, couverture de code);

    • Maitrise des outils de gestion de versions (Git, GitLab, GitHub);

    • Atout : experience en vision par ordinateur (Computer Vision) et/ou en traitement automatique du langage naturel (NLP);

    • Excellente communication en francais et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situes a l'exterieur du Quebec.
