As a member of the Victory team, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse domains translating their unique challenges to valuable solutions for our clients.
We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will create robust and scalable software solutions that our clients can rely on and benefit from for years to come.
Senior Python Engineer responsibilities are:
  • Design and develop high-quality, maintainable code for our serverless applications on AWS
  • Utilize the Serverless Framework to build and deploy microservices that are both efficient and scalable
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Lead architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, and high availability in the cloud
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Address and improve any technical issues

    • You are keen to evolve and help others to do so.
  • You own your pipelines: build, test, deploy etc.
  • You assume automated testing is required and work to ensure the appropriate levels of coverage for each test type: unit, functional, E2E.
  • Strong organizational skills with a good ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
  • BS in computer science or other related area

Why Victory?

  • The diversity of domains and the unique problems they present provide a constant opportunity to learn new things and grow technical skills to meet the need.
  • You have a great deal of autonomy. Our leaders work to enable you to make the most practical decisions for our clients and support both your successes and the learning that comes from inevitable failures.
